Marcia Cross

 Marcia Cross is an American actress with an estimated net value of 30 million dollars. Marcia Cross is best known for her first role as Dr. Kimberly Shaw on the Fox evening soap opera "Melrose Place" (1992-97) and for her role as Bree Van de Kamp on the ABC comedy/drama show "Desperate Housewives" (2004-2012).Marcia Cross was born on March 25 1962, in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Her mother, Janet, was a teacher, and her father, Mark, was a personal manager. Cross was the third of her daughters, her two sisters having names like Susan and Ellen. Her parents were Catholic and were of Irish and English origin. She was raised in the context of a Catholic home. Cross enrolled at the Ceil Sharon School of Dance as an extracurricular pursuit. She also took dance classes. She learned how to play the piano, and was a high school mascot, the panther, at Marlborough High School. To earn extra cash she was employed part-time at Dunkin Donuts and was also involved in the drama department. A trip with her high school to New York City to see performances in the theater and live the city's life was a catalyst for Cross to explore acting as a profession. Cross was accepted into Tufts University's summer drama class and appeared in several school productions.
